The approved directional vocabulary is now explicit: Tokeo for exit-mode Lango operation and Ingilio for entrance-mode operation, depending on LCORI. The classification rule "no witness + closed law = prediction" turns the missing host galaxy into a precise forward witness target: M_host = 2.349×1013 M☉, v_flat = 755 km/s, σ* = 534 km/s, r_M = 177 kpc.
